Everyone in the office were friendly. Assistant to did most of my tests was very pleasant. Dr Lee and Feiz answered all my questions and explained why I was having discomfort in my right eye.

I have been a patient of Dr. Feiz for a number of years now. He is very thorough and patient-focussed, with excellent "bedside" manner.

Appointment was on time, Front desk people were friendly. Dr Feiz was careful to explain the condition of my eyes. He was also helpful with advice on another ongoing problem that is serious.

Only reason I can’t give 5 stars is because I my appointment was scheduled but I had to wait 45 minutes to see Dr. Feiz. Otherwise, always feel like I get very good care once I see him.

The office staff and Dr Feiz are all so kind. I went in as a slight emergency on New Years Eve. They squeezed me into their shortened day. They never made me feel like I had to rush or I was being rushed out.They gave me all the time and consideration that I needed. As a senior with 75 year-old eyes, I felt very reassured after my annual appointment, had all my questions about aging eyes answered. Dr. Feiz’s practice is run very smoothly, with good staff for every part of the appointment, from the front desk to testing your pressure, your refraction, etc. if I hadn’t already had my cataracts removed, I would definitely go to him to have them done.

Dr. Feiz treate me with friendly respect and was interested in my concerns with one of my eyes. I had wondered if I had an infection but by examining the eye, told me "no" infection and to watch it over time. Meanwhile I was to put hot compresses on it and eye drops three times a day. I am grateful for his expertise and for his reassurances that my eye was not in any trouble.

My experience with Dr. Feiz was excellent. We did cataract surgery on both eyes and I can see for the first time in my life with NO glasses. Need a bit for close up reading. It was painless and quick. I told him what I wanted and he gave me exactly that. He was great.

My cataract surgery was the best thing that ever happened to me. I used to wear glasses ever since I was about five years old. My prescription was getting progressively worse as time has gone by now to not wear glasses or contacts and is completely changed my life. Full exam first visit. I was given a prescription for glasses. I was also told I had beginning of cataracts. Bought 3 pairs of RX glasses in his office. Why? Because I thought it would improve my vision. It didn't. I went back to have my eyes checked again after 2-3 months. I was then told I needed cataract surgery. I was handed a packet and told to schedule the surgery. What! After I bought 3 pair of glasses. $$$ I never went back. Why would !? It would be nice to be reimbursed for the purchase. I did complain thru a massage. The response was to call back and speak to someone in the office, not the Dr. I had the successful surgery done by Dr. Prasad in Concord.

Overall, a great visit. I got there 15 minutes early and my appointment was for 1:15 PM. The office door was closed with a sign saying closed during 12-1. at precisely 1 PM they opened the door and I checked in. 30 seconds later i was called up. This is not my first experience with Eye care of east bay. I have had cataract surgery with them 2 years ago. They are responsive to my needs and they have been timely with schedules and dates, My vision has vastly improved under their care as well.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Faiz for three years. Dr. Faiz’s office is efficiently run. I arrived for my appointment a little early and was called soon after I checked in. The optometrist gave me a thorough exam and dilated my eyes. I waited perhaps 15 minutes while my eyes continued to dilate. I was called to see Dr. Faiz who then conducted an exam of each eye. While Dr. Faiz conducted his exam he let me know what he was seeing. In the decades of seeing ophthalmologists, I can’t remember anyone else doing this. It was surprisingly comforting. Dr. Faiz is always cheerful and his staff is attentive and welcoming. Eyecare of East Bay is definitely a 5-star office.
